Are the selected brands only Italian?

No, we don’t select only Italian brands. The essential point is that the manufacturing process is made in a factory located in Italy. Even international brands made in Italy may be present in our store.

I can’t find the product I found in your store some time ago, what can I do?

The selected products change continuously and may not be available anymore because out of stock. You can still leave your request by writing to us at info@shoesofitaly.com

I have a shoe factory, could my products also be added to your store?

If you have a shoe factory with production in Italy and you want your shoes in our store… awesome, we have prepared a "Partnership" section dedicated to this opportunity!

How can I make a return?

Without any penalty and without giving any reason, if you wish you can make a return within 14 days of receiving the goods, with a very simple procedure:

1. Contact us at info@shoesofitaly.com requesting a return and indicating product specifications and order number.
2. Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, place them in their original box and close the package appropriately.
3. Print the prepaid label attached to the email you received at the end of the return procedure and apply it to the box. Be careful to completely cover the previous label.
4. Leave the package at the UPS Point that is most convenient for you.

How can I track my shipment?

When you send your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a courier tracking link that will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery.

What happens if the courier doesn't find me at home?

In accordance with UPS procedures, if you are absent at the delivery attempt, the package will be deposited at the UPS Access Point closest to the delivery address. The package will remain in storage at this collection point for a maximum of 7-10 days awaiting collection. Once the storage period has expired, the package will be returned to the sender. Then, once the package has been returned to the sender, a subsequent shipment of the same package by the Seller will be at the expense of the recipient customer.
